Wiki Medical Billing Software - Any recomendations

I am looking for a Good web-based Medical billing software for a PT office and the capability to add other practices. What do you guys use? Any recomendations? I have looked around but I want to what people who actually use it like. I would appreciate any recomendations. Thanks a ton!

We are a family practice office with 5 providers, and we use GE Healthcare, their Centricity product. I highly recommend this system. We have been on the financial side of this product since 2003 and are getting ready to intergrate their EMR side in January. Is it expensive?

I'm looking for an affordable, web-based, electronic claim filing solution for a small (5-10) clinician Psychology practice.

We do not need too many "bells and whistles" just the filing capabilities.

In transition from paper to electronic. Currently, looking at MD On-Line. Maybe something less expensive.

Preferably free.
