Need assistance on this. We bill for MediCal in CA for lab procedures 84460, 82947, 84295, 84550, 83615, however MediCal keeps denying these procedurs as "Reimbursement amount prorated for automated chemistry test". Does anybody out there can assist if there is any way to work this denial other than taking a w/o.
