Hello,
I have a question,,, We have a physcian that left the practice and was replaced by a different physciain, but we also have other numerous physcician in the practice. We have some medical documentation that needs to be reviewed for possible diagnosis change or proceudre changes. Who can review this information for the physcician that has left? Is there a legal way to go about this? Would it be okay for any of the other physcians to admend the progress notes?
