There is no code for this. If medical cannabis is legal in your state then the issuing of this card is no different than a prescription for say Percocet. You do not use any of the codes from the Category for cannabis use abuse or dependence since this is a legally prescribed medication. Use the condition that the patient has that necessitates the prescription.
