We have tried a few companies to handle medical records for our office, one was a very popular company, but we have been very disappointed with the service of each company. Who do you use? We are located in Texas.

My organization has used a few different ones over the years. I couldn't in good conscience recommend any of them. When I worked in private practice, we just did them ourselves and honestly, the amount of time spent corresponding with these companies and the various hoops to jump through, and delays - doing it yourself is not the craziest idea.

What are you looking for in a medical records company? Electronic Medical Records only? Electronic Medical Records and Billing Company? Someone to handle paper medical records and billing?
