NY based provider for professional and hospital billing. Does anyone have a list of items/payers that would be willing to share, where they always submit medical records for at time of claims submission. We already send for our unlisted codes, WC/TPL. Anyone have any other instances where this would apply- I'm thinking possibly Fluro guidance/TEE/Radiology..
