We have a cystic fibrosis clinic and I have a question about the codes. The patient sees a Dr., Registered Dietitian, and has a PFT. The medical team also drops a team conference code. It looks something like this:
99213-25
97802
94060
99367-59

But I'm getting rejections from billing. Any help would be appreciated.
