Wiki Medical Team Conference & other E/M

I have an MD that did a Consult for a new pt. in the morning (99245)

Later on that evening, the MD did a Medical Team Conference (99367)

The patient is self pay & paid for both.

My question is: since these are both E/M's can they be billed for the same day? Or should they be bundled? I'm thinking bundled but just want to double check. I can't really find documentation on it to show my MD.

Any thought?
