I have a group of providers that are all different specialties and they have Medical Team Conferences on patients at least 2 to 3 times a week. They are in an outpatient setting; so I think we should be coding these services as a 99367. The guidelines in the CPT manuel do not state if it is for inpatient or outpatient. Does anyone know if being an outpatient clinic we can code the 99367 for the Medical Team Conferences?
