Wiki Medicare Admin Code G0008 Influenza? Modifier needed?

I have conflicting programs. One shows to use a 59 modifier with the G0008 admin code when other immunizations are given. Also when other immunizations are given, I have been informed by my training lead that the second immunization should have the 90472 admin code unless of course it is the 9073. Does anyone have first hand experience on this?
