Medicare Advantage Modifier

Medicare doesn’t cover chiropractic maintenance care so most Medicare Advantage plans won’t as well. It is also my understanding that MA plans do not require a ABN. My question is if a patient wants me to bill their MA plans what modifier do I use since GA means there is a ABN on file?
