In regards to "incident to" billing for our Medicare Advantage patients, do we follow Medicare guidelines or ie Aetna's, Cigna's, UHC's?
 
I would say that Medicar's should be the rule of thumb to follow, since they've written the policy.... Have you compared what each states as incident-to? I would be surprised if they differ from Medicare's.
