I post Medicare Advantage claims for telehealth and I am looking for guidance on Telehealth billing with POS and what Modifiers if any, are needed. All my carriers are stating that they are following CMS guidelines for Telehealth. Can someone help me with where to find the exact area in CMS that gives guideline information on POS/Modifier usage? I get very confused with navigating CMS and I am unable to find the telehealth verbiage guidelines. I really appreciate all your help! Thank you :)
