Trying to gain some insight in Medicare advantage reimbursement when Medicaid is secondary. (And this is at the SNF level) Days 21-100 there is a 157.00 a day cost share. When it is under FFS the SNF recoups this on the cost report for bad debt. I would like to find out what happens if they are Medicare Advantage/Medicaid because they can't get it from the member or collect it on the cost report.
