Good Morning All!

I am taking over billing in my ASC from an outside billing company and need some help.

I have been tasked with finding documentation to prove how many levels of pain management injections Medicare will pay for in a single visit to our ASC.

I have been told 1 and also 2.

Please Help! :confused:
 
For transforaminals, facets ( mbb) and radiofrequencies mcr will only reimburse the 1st level for a single or bilateral injection, the additinal levels are n1. These new reg's were effective jan 1 2014. We aright off at time of billing. Nj asc hope this helps
