Hello! I have a provider a Gen surgeon who does splenectomies and so she does vaccines and administrations. I have no experience and can't figure out some of the coding errors/and edits I get in EPIC. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please. The vaccines I mainly see are 90647,90732 90647, they come w/90471-90472 admin codes and for Medicare epic rejects them, I read use G0008 w/90647 ? then it rejects as not having the correct vaccine code. I also do G0009 for the 90732 Pneumococcal and that seems to be correct . Can some help me please with understanding these codes ? and admins thanks
