Wiki Medicare AUC Modifiers

Hello. We are completing AUC when the patient's primary coverage is Medicare. Are we expected to complete the AUC when the patient's secondary coverage is Medicare? If so, are the commercial insurances (Anthem, UHC, Aetna, CIgna, Humana) going to recognize the AUC modifiers and the G codes? The concern is that the commercial insurances are going reject the claims due to invalid modifier.
