Our medical group has been getting hit pretty hard with Medicare audits. Has any other physician or medical group been affected by this?
 
Pre Payment Medicare Review

Yes, we are being hit for 99233 claims. Have not paid any 99233 claims for one physician since July. We have sent records and no reply from Cahaba. I cannot seem to find any origanization that will help. Went to local seminar and rep from Cahaba stated you cannot be proactive with them, only reactive.

Does anyone have have advice?
