Medicare Ind/Group Therapy Question

Can anyone help me with a question our office has? We are billing CPT 96152 Individual health & behavior intervention and CPT 96153 Group intervention on the same day and we are getting denials. Is there a modifier we can use or are these truly mutually exclusive?
