If a code is provided in CPT for Colonoscopy screening and the patient is a medicare patient does the code also have to be added from HCPCS?

If CPT state Colonoscopy screening and HCPCS states colonoscopy screening do I code both or just one if the patient is using medicare for insurance?
Please help I am confused

You would only code whichever G code is appropriate. Either the high risk or normal risk screening code. You would not code the CPT code also.
