If a patient has a flu shot and a Td shot how do you bill it?
G0008-59 and Q2037 with V04.81
and
90718 with 90471 or 90472 with V06.5 as the diagnosis?

Does anyone know exactly how Medicare wants this? with the 90471 or the 90472 since there is the G0008?
