When billing a 99213, j0696, 96372, and a 96374 for a Medicare patient- what modifiers do I need to get them all paid? Medicaid isn't paying on either the 96372 or the 96374 Thank You Marisa

Medicare injection codes

From my experience 96372 is an IM injection and 96374 is initial drug. Can't use both if only one drug is administered. Would have to be two drugs administered, or one drug administered two different ways, then mod 59 would help get the injections paid. Hope this was helpful.
