When I have a patient who is 65 years old and still working; has Aetna coverage and no medicare B but has medicare A only:
Should I be using the Gcode physical codes or the usual preventative code.
Also should the medicare be listed as a secondary or a primary in this situation?
 
Bill Aetna with the regular preventative codes. Medicare would not be billed at all because the patient does not have Part B coverage/
