Can anyone clarify if the elimination of billing consultation codes affects technical billing of consult coding?
 
I am not certain I fully understand your question. CMS eliminated consultations as a viable service and therefore not billable to Medicare or to the patient. I am not sure what you are referring to when you state "technical billing of consult coding" Can you put it into context of an example?
