Sebaceous cell carcinoma of skin of left upper eyelid including canthus (icd10:C44.1391) is not a covered diagnosis by Medicare under Local Coverage Determination (LCD):Mohs Micrographic Surgery (L35702). Is there an alternate diagnosis that is payable?
