I have been trying to get an answer from Medicare since February. We have disabled patients on Medicare that are pregnant. How do we bill for antepartum care only when the patient has delivered at another facility? Is there a specific modifier? I am using the dx code of V22.1 and Medicare is denying my claims. HELP!
