Hi there, I'm starting to get more questions about telehealth after the COVID-19 PHE expire and a saw a couple on the forum today.

Here are three resources that I use pretty regularly:

www.cms.gov/files/document/physicians-and-other-clinicians-cms-flexibilities-fight-covid-19.pdf
www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/cms-waivers-flexibilities-and-transition-forward-covid-19-public-health-emergency
www.cms.gov/medicare/medicare-general-information/telehealth/telehealth-codes

Check individual private payers for their policies.

Keep in mind that the HIPAA waiver (enforcement discretion) that allows providers to provide telehealth services through non-HIPAA compliant systems is set to expire May 11 Aug. 9. [HHS extended the enforcement discretion]
