Hello.....I keep getting denials from Medicare for cpt code 71046. I use dx code Z01.818 as primary and they are denying for Medical necessity. What other primary dx code can I use?

I see you are in LA. If you are working under your local MAC, Z01.818 is non covered for 71046. If you are working for a provider in a different MAC, check their LCD for advice.
