For outpatient hospital billing we are receiving denials from Medicare when CPT 27447 is billed with C1776 stating "W7092: all applicable bill types will be returned when a device dependent procedure is reported without a device code. Correct and resubmit". From what we can see they are both on the claim so is there another HCPCS code we should be using? Thank you!
