Good afternoon
I have a question regarding Medicare DME. When charging out an office visit with application of dermabond(instead of stitches) do I apply modifier 59 with the Dermabond. I see this as a supply and have not used the modifier. Have a coworker who says I should apply the modifier.

You wouldn't bill a supply code for dermabond. Its included in the repair procedure. E&M would typically be bundled into the repair code since its a minor procedure.
