Is there anyone who has general cardiologists and interventional cardiologists working within the same organization and that see each other's patients? We are receiving denials from MEdicare that these 2 specialists cannot bill for an EM visit for the same day. They are opting to only pay the procedure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
