We have been billing G0238 for Medicare flu shots and receive payment. Sometimes it is accidentally billed under 90686 for prefill fluzone or 90688 for vial and Medicare has paid this but at a higher rate. What is the proper way to bill Medicare flu shots for the fluzone? Thanks Amber
