Is anyone billing Medicare for footcare?(nail debride; callus)

We are considering charging cash only for footcare, and not billing Medicare, does anyone have a policy like this?

What if a patient tells you they do have coverage?

Do we have to charge Medicare allowed amount?

Any input on this would be helpful.
