could someone please explain to me.
As of Jan. 1,2011 a new medicare home health law went into effect that affirms the doctor as the person who orders home health to fill out a face two face encounter.The face to face encounter must be completed 90 days before or within 30 days of the state of care.
These forms are very time consuming. If we spend the time to fill out these forms could we charge a form fee for these services?
