Wiki Medicare IOP

I need assistance. My provider, a LCSW provides IOP services in a group setting at her office and have been billing H0015. Most payers (commercial and Medicaid) pays for SUD but she is having difficulty with Medicare billing. Medicare denies the H0015 as invalid HCPCS but does not provide guidance on with HCPCS code to use. Can someone provide some insight if you have successfully billed Medicare and received payment for SUD IOP in POS: 11. TIA
