It is run by CMS.gov so it is not state specific. Follow the hyperlinks and they will walk you though signing up. Also, make sure any courses you take are AAPC approved.

cms.gov IS the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and there is a link named "How to sign up for MLN Matters".
