Hello,

I need help with the C8957 code that our Medicare FI has advised our billing office to use. Our Medicare FI states that when we have an observation patient that receives hydration or infusion lastin longer that 8 hours we should be billing this code instead of the 90765, 90766, 90760 & 90761. Any ideas or direction would be very much appreciated.
