Is there new coding that needs to be used effective 1/1/14 for 99202-99205 and 99211-99215? I cannot find anything that says what the new codes are if there are any. These are rendered in a provider office with place of service 11.
 
To my knowledge, there are no Medicare changes with regards to E&M coding for 2014. Have you received denials? Are you billing an additional service in conjunction with them?
