Regarding debridements done on Medicare Part A patients staying in SNFs. I know that 97602 is a bundled procedure and we can't separately bill for it, but can we bill a time-based E/M instead?
Are there any other bundled debridement CPT codes? I think it's just 97602 but need to check.
