May want to check and see if your flu shot manufacturer is using a Q-code for Medicare claims for the 90686

G0438 for the INTIAL mcare wellness visit, G0439 for the following years wellness visits. As far as Flu vax goes: there are a number of different codes depending on the specific flu drug you inject. You can look them up on your local Medicare site under fee schedules-flu. The admin code for all flu injections is G0008.
