One of my OTR's is questioning if they need to sign off on every visit note. Or can a COTA/L sign off notes daily not including the evaluations and re-evaluations?
Is this also the same for physcial therapy, all the therapist sign off on the notes daily even if the PTA treated the patient is this correct?
Thank you for any suggestions.
