Per medicare guidelines patients have to have 94761/94760 test done to be one oxygen or so says my RRT. I am getting denial after denial. How can I get this paid for? They are doing a walk down the hallway and notating in the notes when the patient dsat's and what levels of oxygen they need to be compliant, not just a standard pulse ox done at check in.

Any thoughts?
