Wiki Medicare QMB Q1 billing

I know that Medicare QMB patients cannot be balance billed but what about patients who are Q1 MSP plans? Can you balance bill patients?

Based on the research I just did you should be able to balance bill. Reason being that Q1 MSP only covers deductible and no other cost sharing. Personally, I would only bill what the EOB says is patient responsibility because I dislike balance billing, but that’s just me.
