I am a bit confused and have never seen this. I have a patient who came in for an outpatient ophthalmology visit ( Annual visit)
Medicare states - deductible crossed over to Medicaid and received a denial from Medicaid stating - payment reduced TPL 910

Has anyone ever seen this denial?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
