I Read In A Coding Edge But Can Not Remember Which One Where
Medicare States Physicians Should Have There Notes Complete
In The Medical Record Within 48 Hours. It Had To Be Within The
Last 8 Issues. Please Help. Or Where Else Can I Find This Info?
