I work in a hospital environment. I have several claims that are kicking to the Medicare Suspend file with reason code 31715 which is questioning the number of units as being in excess of the medically reasonab le daily allowable frequency. I am billing for Glucose tolerance tests (3 hours) and the code are 81002 x4, 82951 x1, and 82952 x1. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
