I see no issues with the way you have coded the cath. So just thinking.....

1) was a diagnostic cath done just previously to this, say within the previous 2 weeks?

2) what DX were coded with this? It's a post CABG patient, does the report specify findings as patent or disease of the bypass conduits? Did you code (for example) 414.01 + 414.02 + 414.04 + V45.81 and link to the 93539 and 93540
