Medicare replacement plans...Do they want to see the HCPCS codes that Medicare wants to see. Or is it payer specific. I dont have an exact example. But for instance PSA screen G0103 for medicare patients, If a patient choses a replacement plan do we bill the G0103? Or the 8XXXX code.
