Wiki Medicare Secondary to a Commerical Payer

Can we except the primary commercial insurance payment as payment in full, when the secondary is Medicare and a non covered surgery? Is there a certain modifier or paperwork to be filled out?

1) if it is non covered under medicare they will not pay-primary, secondary-it's not covered.
2) IF it is covered by Medicare, and primary allowed mored then medicare you will not get anything from medicare. You can only collect up to the medicare allowable.
