We are new to the therapy cap process for Medicare and we were wondering if anyone can give us a brief overview of the whole Medicare Therapy Cap process? We understand that the therapy cap for 2012 is $1880.00, but can someone explain please to us this whole process including the exception criteria and the use of the KX modifier?
